This recipe is originally from Two Tiny Kitchens, and is seriously delicious!
I first tried this recipe when going to one of my friends "apartment warming" party, and everyone loved it!
1 cup of Smooth Peanut Butter
2 tablespoons of Butter
1/2 cup of Icing Sugar/Powdered Sugar
3/4 cup of Brown Sugar
1 bag of Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
Mix together the peanut butter and softened butter. Add the icing sugar/powdered sugar and the brown sugar. This mixture should be ready to roll into balls without it sticking to your fingers too much, but if not, add some more icing sugar/powdered sugar until it will easily roll into a ball.
Now take a peanut butter ball, and squish it between two pretzels. Continue to do this until all of your peanut butter mixture is gone. Place them on a tray, and put them in the freezer for half an hour.
Melt the chocolate chips in a bowl, make sure you don't burn them! Do 30 seconds, stir, 30 seconds, stir, until they are all melted. Dip the peanut butter pretzels in the melted chocolate. I only dipped half, but you could do the whole thing.
Place them back on the tray, and put them back in the freezer so the chocolate hardens.
Keep the peanut butter pretzel bites in the fridge until you serve them.
Makes 60-80 pretzel bites.
