Smoothie Popsicles

After a beautiful weekend, I was inspired to make popsicles - but a healthier version for those getting ready for bikini season!
I wanted to make these smoothie popsicles so everyone can make them with things that they already have.

Instead of using fancy popsicle moulds, I used shot glasses and spoons, as well as muffin cups and spoons. You can basically use anything as the mould, as long as you can pull the popsicle out easily when it's frozen!

You can use any smoothie recipe you want, and also add protein powder - nice post-workout treat (but it's healthy and refreshing!).
These are some of my favourites:

Strawberry Banana:
1 cup of washed and cut strawberries
½ cup of strawberry yogurt
1 peeled and cut banana
½ cup of milk

Peanut Butter Banana:
½ cup of  milk
1 peeled and cut banana
2 tbsp. of peanut butter

Nutella:
1 cup milk
1/3 cup nutella

All you really need to do is blend the ingredients up, pour them into a mould, add a popsicle stick, spoon - anything, and freeze them!

The Peanut Butter Banana recipe is from Kraft, and the Nutella popsicle recipe is saw on pinterest a few months back! The Nutella popsicle isn't quite a smoothie, but still really yummy - and kinda healthy?!

These cute silicone muffin liners can be found here.
Hope you enjoy these, especially with the nice weather we're starting to have!

If you like the chalkboard tray in the first picture - stay tuned for that DIY!
