Shortbread Cookies

These cute cookie cutters I purchased in England last summer!
On the back of the package is a delicious recipe for shortbread cookies - so I thought I would share! 
Very easy - only 4 ingredients!

Ingredients:
1 cup of Butter
1 cup of Granulated Sugar 
2 tsp of Vanilla Extract
2 cups of All-Purpose Flour

Directions:
Preheat the oven to 350°F

Use either room temperature butter, or butter that has only been melted a little bit.


Beat together the softened butter, and granulated sugar.

It should look like this:
Add in the vanilla extract, and mix.

Add in the flour.
Mix it all together, until the mixture holds together.

Roll out dough to 1cm thick, and cut with cookie cutters.
Cook for 10-12 minutes.

Makes 12 cookies.
