The Anywhere Core Workout


During the school year I get a membership to my University's gym.
One thing I really enjoy is going to the free classes they offer.
My favourite is Core Blast, which is a 25 minute class, focused only on the core.

All of the below pictures are plank variations that I do in the core class.
These will help strength your core without doing sit ups.

I love doing core workouts because they don't require gym equipment (for the most part), so you can do them anywhere!
My favourite place to do this in the summer is by the lake.
