Cap Toe Flats DIY

Really cute DIY just in time for Spring, inspired by Brit+Co.
All you need is a pair of fabric flats, I got mine from H&M for $14.95, Krylon Gold Spray Paint, Painters Tape and a plastic bag.
First, you are going to start by taping the cap toe outline on both flats.
I found this part difficult to make them both the same.
Now, you are going to cover the rest of the flats with a plastic bag and tape it down, so when you spray paint them, the rest of the shoe doesn't get any gold spray paint on it.
I recommend doing one shoe at a time.
Spray the flats in a well ventilated area, or outside.
Make sure to follow the instructions on the back of the spray can.
Make sure you get an even coverage.
Let the spray paint dry, then, if needed spray again.
If not, remove the tape.
The flats may be a little smelly from the spray paint, so just let them air out a little bit.

These look cute in any colour - you don't have to just stick to black, you can also use different coloured spray paint!
