Vegan Chocolate Avocado Pudding

 A few weeks ago I came across a recipe for gluten-free, vegan, chocolate avocado pudding.
At first I thought it was a little strange, but after trying it - it's delicious!
There are two versions, I think that they are quite similar.
All depends on what you want to try!

If you are not vegan, you can change the agave nectar to honey.

Vegan Version:
1 ripe avocado

1/4 cup of cocoa powder

1/4 cup of raw agave nectar

1/4 cup of almond milk

1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon of sea salt

Non-Vegan Version:
1 avocado
1/4 cup of cocoa powder 
1/8 cup of raw honey 
1 tablespoon of plain Greek yogurt 
1/4 cup of almond milk 
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract 
1/4 teaspoon sea salt

Regardless of the recipe you use, cut the avocado in half, throw out the pit, and scoop the avocado into a blender or food processor.
Add in the other ingredients and blend together.
I have a food processes or at my mum's house, but at my student house I would use my Magic Bullet.
Both will work perfectly and the same!
Spoon equal amounts into dishes. 
I got 3 little ramekin bowls full.
Refrigerate for a few hours.
Serve cold, plain, or add some fruit, or crushed nuts.

Guilt free and delicious!
