Exams are almost here, which means endless hours in the library studying!
I don't know about you, but I am constantly snacking while studying.

Here are some of my favourite healthy snacks.
Most don't need refrigerating, but for the few that do - just throw an ice pack in your bag and you're good to go!

My Favourite: Healthy Banana Muffins
Keep in mind, most muffins aren't healthy! The recipe above uses better ingredients, making this a healthy snack. These muffins can also be frozen, and taken out as needed. Just make sure you properly wrap them before freezing!

  1. Thank you for sharing this knowledge. whenever someone wants to try a new diet, they want to know beforehand if it works or not. Otherwise, it may just turn out to be a waste of their time. The good thing about this diet is that it only lasts three days, so even if it doesn’t work as expected, you don’t have a lot to lose. See more
